RETURNS, WARRANTY + RECALL INFORMATION
CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number pre-assigned by Customer Service. Please call DRIFIRE Customer Service at 866.266.4035. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Customers may return defective items or items shipped in error from DRIFIRE within 30 days of the original delivery date. DRIFIRE will authorize the freight carrier and pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Credit will be issued upon receipt and verification of the returned items. If the Return Authorization is issued due to Customer Accommodation the customer will be responsible for all freight cost and will be subject to restocking fees.
DRIFIRE LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
DRIFIRE flame resistant garments are intended to afford the wearer greater protection from flames from fire than non-flame resistant clothing. The garments are NOT flame or fire proof; no garment meets these characteristics. The amount of protection afforded to the wearer from DRIFIRE garments is dependent upon the intensity of the flame/fire, time of exposure, and other factors beyond the control of DRIFIRE. So long as the garments are properly laundered and cleaned according to DRIFIRE’s recommendations, they will provide good service; however, the garment’s effectiveness depends upon the integrity of each garment. If the garment is subjected to flames, or if it is punctured, torn, or excessively abraded, it should be either discarded and replaced, or repaired in accordance with DRIFIRE’s recommendations.
DRIFIRE warrants only that each garment complies with the standard or specification stated on the label of the garment, and that the garment is free from defects of material and workmanship. DRIFIRE does NOT warrant the garment against abuse, misuse, alteration (including, without limitation, embroidering, ornamentation, heat-transfer printing, or silk screening added to the garment), and improper laundering or cleaning techniques. DRIFIRE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GARMENT IS EITHER MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR A PATICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. DRIFIRE’S SOLE REPONSIBILTY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS TO REPLACE OR REPAIR THE GARMENT. DRIFIRE EXCLUDES RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. There are no other warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this document.
CONSUMER RECALL PROCEDURE
In the event an issue is identified such that a recall of merchandise is warranted, DRIFIRE will contact all distributors and known consumers with a list of products and lot numbers affected for return and replacement. DRIFIRE will issue all distributors and known consumers a return authorization number to accompany the return. DRIFIRE will support all reasonable and necessary costs related to the recall. Upon receipt of the merchandise, DRIFIRE will replace the merchandise, to include shipping charges, at no cost to the distributor or consumer.
